Personal Training

Choosing personal training allows you the time to explore your individual body's needs. Be it whether you want to push and challenge yourself, or whether you need to take it a little slower, a private or semi-private class will suit your needs.

GYROKINESIS® EXERCISE

Three Dimensional Movement

A fluid three-dimensional movement system, created by Juliu Horvarth that intimately explores your internal and external environment as you learn to move and coordinate every part of your living organism. A moving meditation, similar to Qigong, with elements of Yoga and dance, that calms the nervous system and stimulates the vascular system for better health and harmony. Try 'Happy Moves', 'Lotus Blossom', or 'Metamorphosis Breathing' classes.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

MAT & BARRE GROUP CLASSES

A small group class focusing on standing balance and proprioception. Strength in balance relies on all three of our input systems; vestibular, visual, and our prioprioception (body awareness). These classes will work through functional movements, strengthening spine stability, hip, knee and ankle stability. Increase your ability to find your centre of gravity to perform deeper, stronger and safer squats and jumps. Where possible, weights will be added to increase axial loading, shown to improve bone health.

WORKSHOPS

Dance & Sports Conditioning

The adolescent dancer or athlete usually fits a lot into their weekly schedule, and strength and body awareness training gets put to the side. Holiday workshops can be a great way to keep in form to prevent injury on return to season, and will give a strong foundation for understanding how the body moves to increase performance. We can tailor a workshop to your sporting club's needs.
