SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY

We always have you best interests in mind. However, it is your responsibility to make your teacher aware of any injuries or ailments that may affect you at Pilates, and give feedback about any pain or sensations that you might experience during or after any given exercise. Your teacher may use 'tactile cueing', or hands on assistance to assist in the safety of an exercise, or to assist in increasing the alignment in your body as you learn to understand the movement. By ticking the above box, you agree that it is your responsibility to demonstrate care and common sense when you are undertaking any exercise, and that you shall not hold Pilates & Movement nor any of its staff, management or agents liable or negligent for any pain or injury, howsoever caused, resulting from the aforementioned exercises, during, at the conclusion of, or after the exercise course/class.
