FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I HAVEN'T MOVED FOR A LONG TIME, CAN I JOIN?

Yes. With the full range of small and large apparatus, there are so many options for movement possibilities.

I AM IN A LOT OF PAIN, WHAT CAN I GET OUT OF IT?

Our instructors have a lot of experience with injuries and pathologies. We know what you need, and what you need to avoid. We start slowly, as a pain free movement experience will help to retrain your brain & nervous system out of your pain state. We are happy to work with your medical practitioner; Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Chiropractor to help you be pain free.

I AM TRAINING FOR SPORT OR AN EVENT, HOW COULD YOU HELP ME?

We have an intricate understanding of body mechanics, and a keen eye for the finer details that might make the difference in your performance. Agility and power comes from good joint function. Too much force and tension can mean joint and muscle function is inhibited. The Pilates repertoire and apparatus will increase your coordination and prioprioception in complex movements.

DO YOU HAVE HEALTH REBATES?

Unfortunately the government removed Pilates (and many other Natural Therapies) from all Private Health Funds in 2019. This decision is under review, but the review has been delayed.
